• Interact with walk-in customers and guide them in selecting suitable eyewear products • Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize store performance • Provide product demonstrations and explain lens types, frames, and vision-care options • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times • Manage billing, POS operations, and basic inventory coordination • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually aligned with brand standards • Build long-term customer relationships through professional service • Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to management • Support promotional activities and seasonal marketing campaigns
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and time-management skills
Experience working with international clients is a plus
Portfolio or previous work links are mandatory
Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred • (Business, Marketing, or related fields are a plus) • Experience: Fresh candidates can apply • Experience in retail, optical stores, eyewear brands, or vision-care sales is a major advantage.
