Times Travel is a UK-based, IATA-certified travel and tourism company operating across
multiple locations in Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi, as well as offices in
the United Kingdom. We specialize in domestic & international air travel, holiday packages,
and global ticketing services. The company is known for its strong service standards,
professional environment, and dedication to delivering exceptional travel solutions. We are
now expanding our ticketing team across all branches.
The Air Ticketing Agent will manage flight reservations, bookings, and ticket issuance for
domestic and international clients. This role involves using GDS systems, offering travel
consultancy, providing accurate fare quotes, and ensuring adherence to airline regulations.
Agents will interact with walk-in clients, calls, and online inquiries while maintaining the
highest level of professionalism and customer service.
Agents must be detail-oriented, confident in handling ticket reissued, refunds, itinerary
planning, and capable of working in a fast-paced travel environment.

Specific Skills
• Strong communication and customer handling skills • Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo preferred) • Knowledge of airline fare rules, routes, and booking procedures • Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Basic computing skills & good command over email handling • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability • Positive, team-player personality
Responsible For
• Handle domestic & international flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) • Issue, reissue, void, and cancel tickets professionally and accurately • Provide fare quotations, routing advice, and travel solutions • Prepare travel itineraries and verify travel documentation requirements • Stay updated on airline rules, promotions, schedules, and fare policies • Assist customers in person, via phone, WhatsApp, and email • Coordinate with airlines regarding special requests, schedule changes, or issues • Maintain proper invoicing, booking records, and follow company procedures • Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process • Work closely with branch teams and support UK-based operations if required
